We
encourage customers to have their System Serviced twice
a year. Once in the Fall for the heating portion of the
system, and once in the Spring for the cooling portion
of the system. This will help protect the components by
spotting problems before they become disasters. For
example, we can see when your contactor is beginning to
look burnt and pitted from wear and tear. Being that
this component allows the high voltage electricity to
energize your compressor it is important to make sure
that it doesn't pose a threat for fire. Because we all
know that leaves fall from the trees and that they get
inside of your A/C Unit. So, if you haven't been having
any type of Maintenance done and you have debris built
up in the electrical compartment, along with parts going
